The Symposium
Multidisciplinary scientific research is an emerging trend. The sharing of knowledge between different scientific fields allows researchers to operate beyond the conventional science boundaries, and this favors the development of innovative solutions to meet important technical and theoretical needs.
However, the communication between extremely different scientific areas can be an obstacle to the success of the established partnership. Thus, it is currently crucial to develop courses and workshops that better clarify how the collaborative work can be effectively and successfully established.
The 6th Biotech Health Symposium aims to shed light on the biggest challenges and advantages of multidisciplinary work. This symposium will bring together an enthusiastic collection of researchers from Cell and Developmental Biology, Engineering and Physics to demonstrate how the cross-talk between different scientific fields can enhance research projects to the next level.
Organization
The Biotech Health Annual Symposium is integrated in the International Doctoral Programme in Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology Applied to Health Sciences (Biotech Health), which is an interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme that fosters national and international collaborations between recognized research groups, companies and hospitals and therefore, encourages the development of multidisciplinary PhD projects by its students.
The 6th Biotech Health Symposium, titled Science Collabs - Upgrading your next big idea, is organized by the students of the 5th Edition of the Biotech Health Doctoral Program.
This symposium is open to all the scientific community and free of charge.
The organizing committee invites you to take part in this enthusiastic scientific event!
